Email Monkeys is an email marketing agency for ecommerce brands. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because there is not much to tell.
What we collect on this site
The only information this website collects is what you type into our booking form: your brand name and your email address. We use it to respond to you and to connect your booking to your inquiry. It is stored in our secure database and is never sold or rented to anyone.
This site does not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or cross site cookies. If we ever add basic analytics to understand page traffic, we will update this page first.
Booking a call
Scheduling happens through Google Calendar. When you pick a time, Google collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy, and the appointment lands on our calendar.
If you received an email from us
We occasionally reach out to ecommerce brands we believe we can help. When we do, your name and business email came from publicly available business information. Every email we send includes our postal address and a simple way to opt out: reply and tell us, and we will stop contacting you promptly and add you to our suppression list.
Client work
When a brand engages us, we work inside that brand's email platform under a service agreement. Subscriber lists and customer data belong to the client, stay in the client's accounts, and are used only to perform the work they hired us for.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our business: Google Cloud for hosting, Supabase for our database, and Google Workspace for email and calendar. Each processes data only on our behalf.
